On occasion, part of the services provided through Solution
Builder are supplied by selected third parties. These third parties
shall have their own terms and conditions which will be notified to
you and you will need to agree to be bound by in order to receive
those elements of the Solution Builder services. By agreeing to
these terms and conditions you are not agreeing to any third party
terms and conditions.

iPipeline accepts no responsibility for the terms and conditions
provided by any third party and you must review these and ensure
that you agree to be bound by them before accepting them.

By accepting any third party terms and conditions you agree that
we may share personal data provided by you to such third party's
who shall act as data processors on our behalf.

Our privacy policy has also been updated to include:
- We may pass information we obtain about you and your customers
to third parties including iPipeline Limited partners, providers of
content to the Services, data processors and third party service
providers (some of whom may operate outside of the EEA):

- Where elements of our services are provided by third parties
you may be required to agree their privacy policy. This will be
notified to you. We accept no responsibility for the terms of such
third party privacy policy and you should ensure that you agree to
